The latest Spring-Summer 2018 collection by Love Piropo, Flying Free, pays homage to the
wonderful 70’smagical nights of Studio 54 and to its muses (Bianca Jagger, Angelica Huston, Marisa Berenson,
Faye Dunaway, Anita Pallenberg…), to the bohemian life of the hippie movement where
women impose the bohemian style both on the streets and in outdoor festivals.
Various faded colours such as water green, khaki, raspberry and beige are used in long dresses in
dresses in a simple and relaxed style, short dresses in cheerful Asian-inspired prints,
flowing ponchos, flirty shorts, flared trousers, skirts…
From the Flying Free collection we can highlight long and short dresses with a flared, vaporous and
enveloping cut. Also the collection is made from soft fabrics that insinuate and go along with the body’s shape.
This Spring-Summer season, we introduce some atypical lengths, giving a few inches more to short
dresses and shortening by another few the long ones. The collection creates a harmony, represents maturity
enhancing femininity at the same time. Sleeves have a very prominent presence in this new collection,
playing with different sleeves, the puffed half sleeves and the kimono cut ones.
As always Love Piropo’s strength lies in the prints. This year we have fallen in in love with the
mandalas. We have made a nod to the 70’s. The fabric selection has determined the result of the collection.
Using fresh, vaporous fabrics with the suitable hang for each garment to draw its best silhouette.
Thanks to their high versatility, the garments of the Flying Free collection can be worn both
in the city and by the coast, during the day and at night time.
Bring out the adventurous and fun in you this season with Flying Free by Love Piropo.
